Then, you will download an action to isolate each color from your photo into a new shape layer, After that, you will learn how to colorize each layer of them and add extra colors to the areas you want.
After completing this tutorial, you’ll be able to completely convert any raster image (the regular jpg photo) to a pure vector (.EPS) in Photoshop.
The final vector photo will be colorful and can be imported into illustrator as a pure vector.
